Info: Supreme commander of the V.R.A's forces, General Mokbel has served a long career in shaping the military into the cohesive entity it now is. Many consider it the work of Mokbel for transforming the V.R.A. from a pest control police force to a full fledged fleet capable of defense and invasion. Mokbel was born into a middle class family on one of the first V.R.A. colonies at the time, eventually joining as a turret gunner for a fleet of mining ships in the area. His time gunning down Arkoids eventually lead him to join active military service and follow the command branch. After nearly thirty years in service, Mokbel eventually was elected by the board of Colonels to become the General.
A plain man as many would say, Mokbel's not known for having any unique or quirky personality traits. He's a very straightforward man, at least on the surface, who seems to only be concerned with coordinating the daily actions of the V.R.A's many fleets. He seems to show no sign of passion outside of his career, and his apparent lack of selfish ambition has lead to many people believing him to be the ideal leader of the V.R.A.
In game, General Mokbel eventually becomes playable later on. Being the head of the V.R.A, Mokbel does not need to purchase blueprint rights from other Colonels in order to build ships like the other V.R.A. characters. This allows him to pump out fleets from the yard completed rather then as a chassis in need of refitting. This bonus alone gives him much needed speed in fielding an army. The General commands a personalized battleship known as the Flamestar. Armed with banks of missiles and flak cannons, the Flamestar is a straightforward command ship designed to lead fleets into battle.
